New CRS

 

The form of CRS has changed to “Dividend Companion Plus®” layout and content.

As an e-library product, the new CRS is a feature rich product which is not possible to produce with printed paper media. Eighteen months of dividend data up to the end of the financial year is provided, giving a six-months lead in to the current year. This added data can be of great assistance when calculating cut off determinations.

The Product has 6 sections:

Section 1 Equities

Section 2 Other then Equities

Section 3 Delisted Stock Dividends

Section 4 Delisted Companies

Section 5 ASX Company code and name changes

Section 6 Loss Declarations

Every ASX company is listed alphabetically within the above sections, with the contents described below:

Security Details : Security details include the ASX code, company name at year end and security type, ISIN code, ASX code. share registry, website links and code change details.

Note all web-links are active URL’s and require only a single click to launch to the target registry or security entity website.

Market Values : Market Values of the ASX Listed Securities are the sale prices at close of business on the last day of trading for the particular financial year – or if there were no sales on that day, the last sale price.

Dividend or Distribution : Dividend or Distribution details include amounts, dates, payments, franking, Imputation Credits, DRP Values and Corporate Action notes.

ATO Rulings : Selected ATO rulings are provided for applicable equities plus selected web-links to the ruling and on-line calculators (if available)

Interest Paid : Interest paid on Interest Rate Securities and Convertible Notes

Corporate Action Data:  All corporate Actions
