YES – CRS is not an annual subscription, so once purchased the product and the information within remain yours.

We try very hard to ensure there are no errors in CRS however occasionally there are misprints. All corrected data is posted to the Updates page. We suggest you visit regularly to check for any new additions. If any errors for the current year have been found those who purchase the PDF edition will receive an updated version by email late in October. Those who purchase the Library will also receive a PDF copy of the updated version if they have provided their email address

CRS is published annually in the 3rd week of July.  In May each year an Order Form for the upcoming edition is sent to all existing customers. Completion and return of the Order Form will ensure receipt of the new edition on Publication Day. The exact date of publication is notified on the Order Form as well as on the website in May of each year. All editions since 1991 remain available individually in both Printed and PDF format or the complete works – the Library – is available on USB Stick.

Orders placed before publication date: All orders received and processed prior to the publication date of the upcoming edition will be despatched on publication date, either by email for the PDF version or Australia Post for the Printed & Library versions. Orders placed after publication date: PDF: If you order online the PDF will be available for download on receipt of payment. If you order over the phone or by fax, the PDF will be transmitted by email on the same business day of your payment being processed. Printed and USB Stick Library: These versions will be despatched with Australia Post on the same business day that payment is processed for all modes of order – online, phone or fax.

For Sydney addresses delivery should be next business day, other Capital Cities should take 2 business days & country areas up to 4 business days. If your delivery takes any longer, please call us.
