Content of CRS

 

Every company on the ASX and NSX is listed alphabetically with the following information, where relevant:

• Share market value at 30th June. Suspended companies not trading at the 30th June are valued as at their most recent trading day.
• Dividends and Distributions: date paid and value, including Franked, LIC, Foreign source, Tax deferred, Tax free amounts etc. where the information is available at time of publication
• Dividend Reinvestment Price (DRP) per share, if offered
• Convertible Notes : date and amount of interest paid
• New & Bonus Share issues: date and terms of issue
• Listed Options: expiry date and terms of exercise
• Convertible Notes and Preference Shares: cost and date of last conversion
• New Companies: date of listing and initial share issue price
• Company takeovers and mergers: date, terms and consideration paid
• Company name changes: date of change with new and old names referenced in dual entries
• Companies suspended as at 30th June: date of suspension and value at suspension
• Delisted Companies: date of and reason for removal and value paid

NSX Listed Companies are recorded separately at the rear of the publication, after the ASX listings.

In addition, Appendices contain:

• Deemed acquisition dates and costs for Demutualisations and Special issues
• $A Exchange Rates against major currencies at 30th June
